Megan Thibodeaux, M.D.

OB/GYN Physician

Born in Lafayette, LA and raised in Baton Rouge, LA Dr. Thibodeaux graduated from Louisiana State University with an undergraduate degree in Nutritional Sciences and minor in Biology. She then pursued her medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. Dr. Thibodeaux returned home to Baton Rouge to complete her residency training with Louisiana State University School of Medicine where she served as Administrative Chief Resident in her final year. At graduation, she received The Golden Award for recognition as an Outstanding Resident. She chose the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology because of her passion for women’s health. Dr. Thibodeaux believes that strong, healthy women lead to healthy families which are important for our community. She enjoys the continuity of care she is able to deliver throughout a womans life. She understands her role as a counselor and educator in the intimate relationship between a female and her OBGYN. She always strives for excellence in the care given to each patient. In her free time, Dr. Thibodeaux enjoys spending time with her fiancé and sons Carter, Noah and Grant. She is from South Louisiana, and loves her Creole/Cajun culture.
